Personal Home Care Assistance
Outer Banks Personal Home Care providers will assist with day-to-day activities so your loved one can stay at home. Our Registered Nurse will assess your loved ones needs, develop an individualized plan of care, and assign appropriate staff which include Certified Nurse Aide, In-Home Aide, and Companion/Respite Sitters, to meet those needs.
Our range of personal home care services include meal preparation and feeding, light housekeeping and performance of incidental household services such as shopping, errands, and transportation to/from appointments, in addition to assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming and hygiene needs, dressing, walking, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and assistance with self-administration of medications. Companionship and socialization along with Non-medical support services which provide for the comfort, safety and general supervision of clients, and temporary relief to the family.
